The name of our company is Apple Remodeling and our tagline is that we are improving the home improvement industry by providing honest, reliable, quality, local service here in Delaware. We were founded on March 7th 2018 in our home state and the 1st state Delaware, and we are proud to announce that we celebrating our 7th operating year in business this year!
Our team has 50+ years combined experience inside the roofing industry and it's what we do best and what we are most passionate about! We have serviced 2800+ homes in our great state since we opened our doors from full roof replacements, to roof repairs, to certified drone inspections, certified roof inspections, gutter replacements, siding replacements, and windows & door replacements.
About 98% of what we do is roofing and does revolve around roofing, which is, and always has been our main focus and expertise. Some people know us as Apple Roofing, but most people just call us Apple!
We are truly a family owned and operated company. A small but mighty team! A husband and wife with a vision and passion for roofing and the roofing industry. We are a young family that works together as a team to deliver a highly efficient, professional, and top quality roofing service to our customers.
Phil Concha, the owner and founder spends most of his time meeting with prospective clients, developing sharp and detailed proposals, answering questions on site, and developing relationships with our customers. Phil comes to every single appointment prepared with a full roof report from GAF that we pay for prior to our visit that doesn't cost you a thing. It is our investment in you, and us. The report is a blueprint schematic of your roof equipped with measurements, satellite imagery, pitches, how many square feet, estimated waste, and lastly a complete order form ready to be submitted if you decide to give us the green light and choose our roofing service. Day to day, Katie is in office and sets his and everyone on the Apple team's schedule. Phil can be seen throughout the day traveling throughout the service area, and the state of Delaware conducting roof inspections, sending out work orders to our suppliers, meeting with our manufacturers and partners at GAF, and developing a strong local and national network of service professional's and banks to ensure our customers get the best quality service and financing available on the market today, at the best price.
Next and in the middle of our operations on our production team is Christian our project and operations manager. Christian has several functions, but #1 is if you choose us as your service provider he will be stopping by after you give us the green light and prior to getting your roof on the production schedule to conduct your "PII" your Pre-Install-Inspection. We believe 2 sets of eyes are always better than one and part of that is dotting our I's and crossing our T's. We could simply schedule and order your roof directly from the roof report we provide on all inspections, but this way we can get your PII photos uploaded into your partner portal in our CRM. This is our roofing software that we use to manage our customers throughout the process of the job. We use a software called BuilderTrend. It is a highly robust and versatile, sales, project management, and invoicing software. BuilderTrend is state of the art and best in its class. It is what allows you to keep a pulse on your job. It is where we keep all of your information, before, during, and after install. It is where we put together and send proposals, and work orders for e-signing, it is where your PII photos will be, it is where your photos and videos from install will be and remain, for you to access and download, it is where all of your documents will be such as your lifetime warranty for your roof prior to payment, it is where your invoicing will be sent and tracked (including any additional wood decking that may be found at the time of install), and finally it is where you can pay for your new roof unless you choose to pay the old fashioned way with a check, which is also fine, in which case since we do all of our work NO MONEY DOWN, you can just give our operations manager Christian a check to bring back to the office at the end of the day after your final magnetic sweep of your property. Christian is who our customers deal with on site during all of our installs and he is there to answer any questions that our customers have, as well as to document the roof install during the day. He is there on the ground, up on the roof, and taking photographs and videos of the before, during and after the roof is complete. He documents the status of the wood decking after tear off, and uploads it directly into our CRM throughout the day, so there are no surprises at the end of the install. Christian is not a part of our family, but he is a vital part of our team. He is an expert in roofing with a background in roofing and roof installations. Christian can conduct minor repairs as well in a pinch and is a very detail oriented person who is very thorough, and one of his main strengths is his patience and ability to communicate extremely well. Our customers have nothing but great things to say about him and he represents our company very well. His job is to make sure that our customers feel comfortable and no stone is left unturned. His goal is to make sure that our customers are 100% happy and satisfied with our roofing service when the job is complete.
Last but certainly not least is Katie, the heartbeat of our company! Katie is who our customers deal with first most of the time, Katie Concha is our office manager, and a true joy to interact with. She answers phones, makes outbound calls, sets the schedule, networks, and always maintains a positive attitude and outlook even in the face of some pretty stressful situations. Katie isn't just a girl who answers our phones, she is a loving wife, a wonderful mother of 3 small babies, and she is just as passionate as Phil or anyone else on our team about providing a quality roofing service here in our community. Katie, pulls permits, handles all invoicing, runs our finance department, and reaches out to our customers on behalf of our company. She loves what she does and this isn't just a hobby for her, and this is much more than a career, this is a lifestyle and a fulfilling one at that! Katies main role is in the office most of the time making sure our calls get answered, following up with clients, and answering questions that come in. And taking care of her 2 baby boys, and baby girl. It's a lot sure, but we have the right systems in place and we are dialed in. That's what you get with us.
